Vendor Bids

In prior years a vendor could place an associate in the crowd at an auction and have them artificially bid on the property. This is no longer allowed, now the vendor is allowed one bid and it must be announced.

Current Market

After 7 years of strong capital growth the market softened in 2004 and is continuing to be soft in 2005. Current prices are arounf 10% off there peak and hence it is a good time to pickup a bargain.
